Alhamdulilah, we are honoured to be able to present the new audio feature. We hope that it will prove to be beneficial to all those treading the path to Allah ta’ala. These are exclusive audio clips and are not available from anywhere else except this blog.
These advices were given by our respected Shaykh hafizahullah in an informal gathering for young people. It discusses the manner in which a Muslim can work towards controlling his desires and nurture his inner self.

As I was walking to work, as per Shaykh’s command in a previous post on this blog, I began to listen to the lecture he delivered in Darleston on my mobile phone. It struck a cord in my heart especially when Shaykh uttered the following (something that is said again and again, but Shaykh’s heartfelt call penetrated in to my soul):
“…there is only one path to success, that is the Deen of Allah Subhaanahu wa ta’aalaa…”

Assalamu alaykum Warahmatulahe Wabarakatu Readers,
Some of you may have noticed a slight pause in postings over the last few days. One of our valued and most vital team members who helps tirelessly in collating, formatting, and sometimes translating articles/posts has been busied with aiding a member of his family; whom has undergone surgery and is hospitalised. We, and trust that you also, will be making dua for Allah to grant them a smooth and easy deliverance from such a predicament, and that the patient recovers very quickly, with enduring health for time to come.
We hope to resume back to normal soon insha’Allah.
In the meantime, as the Bukhari completion ceremony draws nearer, Shaykh is evermore busied delivering his final lectures, as usual most comprehensively, to the scholars of tomorrow insha’Allah. This along with the start of the construction for the Islamic Dawah Academy premises has been markedly a great concern for Shaykh, and indeed, it is our duty as Spiritual students (mureeds) and associates to make supplications in earnest for our all Shaykh’s concerns, so we administrators hope that you will also join us in supplicating and supporting in all manners to these causes of concern of our dear Shaykh (may Allah preserve him and increase him in all aspects). Ameen.
Approximately a fortnight ago, Shaykh stopped walking and turned in our direction and said to me “Have you listed to the lecture delivered in Darleston”. I replied in the negative as I couldn’t make it, neither at that time had the audio been converted. “Do listen to it!”, Shaykh remarked in a way suggesting that some extremely important points for us was covered in the lecture.

As the World Cup is on full-swing, and it seems that just about everybody is tuned-in to the matches; from young to old, men, women you name it. Just visiting the usually busy shopping centres and streets that have become “ghost towns”, one can see how many people are engaged in this futile activity. Everybody seems to be in one camp: for it and not against it. Anybody that merely speaks against is regarded as having taken draconian measures. However, it takes a bold, courageous person to be against such a unavailing activity, and go against all odds to speak and propagate the truth. This such being is our Shaykh (may Allah increase his knowledge, and preserve him).
The following link is to a rudimentary multimedia attempt by some Mureeds to compose an audio track with clips taken from Shaykh’s lectures attached to a poster.
Please leave comments to help encourage the makers of this new initiative.
Note: This may need a high-speed broadband Internet connection to view at its best. Also turn your volume up.
