“Allah ta’ala does not judge a person’s status by the amount of worship he does, but by how much a person stays away from the disobedience of Allah.
It is a deceit from Shaytaan that he confines our attention to the multitude of worship we do and keeps us heedless and unaware of the sins that we are committing.”
jazakallah for this post. How true it is that we concentrate on the good deeds and not on the disobediences which outweighs the good. Insha allah Shaykh’s words will remain with us and we will be saved from shaytaan’s deceit.
