“The Shaykh is only a guide who will try to show a person the right path. But the seeker will have to tread this path himself.
If the Shaykh was to do everything for his Mureed then it would only be fitting that the Shaykh receives all the bounties of Jannah that were supposed to be for his Mureed.”
